My excitement peaked when this next book in the series came out. And it didn’t disappoint. In fact, the story has only become more complex and thrilling. Omega and her team go through a lot in this book as they continue to fight the Zee. More interesting though is that the story seems to be pointing towards intrigue within the ranks of the United Forces. It is great to see this story developing layers, new factions, depth to the characters and much more. I cannot wait until the next one comes out! Exciting to already see a future date posted for it.

This book is worthwhile and I can’t wait the next episode. The tactics’ are realistic and the come alive in the book. I just couldn’t put it down.

Have look forward to and greatly anticipated this second book in the Zeta Wars and definitely not disappointed. We learn more about Omega, her history, her training and her abilities. One of the best follow up sequels I’ve read.

This book is a page tuner with compelling characters, poetic prose, and very satisfying zombie battling action. Riesen builds a world that is post-cataclysm; a world figuring out how to navigate a vastly diminished human population and the vestige roaming hoards of zombies. Omega and her squad are mysteriously quasi human protectors of humanity whose commitment to each other is the best hope they have. Can’t wait for the next installment and learning more about the mysterious United Forces that command Omega and her team, and the ragtag human cultists who might yet be friend or foe.

Thoroughly enjoyed this book! Love zombies and apocalyptic characters and stories, and this author’s rendition hit the mark. Can’t wait for the next chapter!
